Returns & Cancellations:
Return/refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify our customer care immediately and send a photo
Refunds are processed only after the product is returned; refunds will be made to the original payment method
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original packaging. Custom/personalized orders cannot be returned
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped. Cancellation is not possible after shipping
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of approval
